27. Chocolate Peach Crostini
Toast thick slices of country
bread. Top with chunks of dark
chocolate and place under the
broiler to melt. Layer peach
slices over chocolate and
sprinkle with coarse salt.
28. Peach Vodka In a blender
pulse 2 to 3 peeled chopped
peaches with a 750 ml bottle
of vodka. Let steep for a few
days in the refrigerator. Strain
out solids and store in the
fridge up to 2 months.
29. Peach and Pecan Oatmeal
Cook peaches and chopped
pecans in butter and maple
syrup until warm and
peaches are slightly softened.
Spoon over oatmeal.
30. Roasted Peaches Toss small
whole peaches in a little oil and
sugar. Place in a baking dish and
roast at 400°F until just tender.
Sprinkle with walnuts and
serve. 31. Peaches and Parm
Shave Parmesan cheese over
peach halves. Drizzle with
balsamic vinegar and olive oil.

Heat 2 parts rosé wine, 1 part
sugar, 1 part water, and a clove
or two to a simmer. Add

skewers. Sprinkle with salt and
a little crushed red pepper.

Cinnamon Cream Warm
